• If you receive your purchase and there is a defect with it, please send us an email with a picture and describe the issue, we will do our best to correct the situation and make it right. You have 14 days from the receipt of item to contact us to fix or replace.
• Preorder items are made custom. If you order the wrong size, we can't guarantee there will be more available to replace for you due to the nature of this production model. Contact us and we will do our best to work with you and figure out a solution.
• If you would like to pick your order up at a live event (like a release show), just leave us a comment in the notes at checkout and we will set your stuff aside, after the event, we will issue you a refund for the shipping portion of the order. If you no show, we will process it like normal and ship everything off to you.
